How to return glasses purchased from Pop Eye Optical?

If you are not happy with your order or simply want to return glasses back to us, you must e-mail us within 5 days after they arrived in the mail. Depending on your location and what you ordered, there might be different steps for return.

Generally all sunglasses and glasses frames can be returned within 3 days after we granted you an authorization.

Prescription orders can only be exchanged to a different prescription.

Discontinued glasses can be exchanged at $20 restocking fee.

You must follow the instructions from us to avoid return international duties. If instructions were not followed, we may be charged duties and import taxes that will be deducted from the total of your order.

Once order arrived back to us, we will refund back to the credit card used for purchase.

Shipping costs both ways will not be refunded.

What if I no longer use credit card used for placing an order?

We are able to process the refund only back to the credit card we took money from. The return is done by your bank. If you have received new credit card with the different number or expiry date from the same bank, your bank will be able to post the credit to your new card.

If you no longer use same bank, we will only be able to issue you a credit note redeemable within 1 year from the purchase date.

How can I exchange my order?

Exchanges are simple at Pop Eye Opitcal. Please e-mail us within 3 days of receiving your order to which new glasses style you would like to exchange. We will e-mail the return instructions and new order. Once the returned glasses arrived to us we will mail the new glasses to you.
